Abstract


One of the modern methods in developing the physical capabilities of handball is the use of rebound exercises that contribute to the development of physical fitness elements and the development of physical capabilities of handball players. The nature of physical performance in this game is almost different from other games in terms of the smallness of the playing field and the speed of performance, so Some of the basic requirements represented by some aspects of muscular strength stand out in order to take their place in the forefront compared to the need for other skill requirements to distinguish the practitioners of this game from the rest of the other games, and that the research is of great importance by experimenting with some rebound exercises and revealing the preference of these exercises in development events in some aspects Muscular strength and skill in handball, so that we can benefit from the results of the research and determine the validity of each of these exercises. Another component of physical fitness is as important as muscle strength, and muscle strength is still a goal pursued by all athletes. In the light of its objectives and assumptions, the researcher reached the following conclusions:•. Rebound training had a positive effect on the development of the physical abilities of the experimental sample.•. The traditional exercises with weights helped in developing the physical abilities of the control group members.
