Abstract


Muscular strength is an essential element in skillful performance in training and competitions, with a difference in the degree of reliance on it in sports, including the game of tennis. Specialists in the field of sports training agree on the importance of both explosive power and the power distinguished by speed, as the player who possesses explosive power in the serve stroke as well The serve repulsed the ball from the opponent, "as the strength distinguished by speed plays an important role as one of the basic characteristics of the physical preparation components that characterize sports activities such as serving, serving blocking, agility, and changingIn the light of the study conducted by the researchers and the following recommendations:1-Applying the proposed approach to its effectiveness and positive impact on wheelchair tennis players in the special preparation stage2-.Focusing on reflexive exercises when developing experimental curricula, because of their positive impact on physical capabilities.3-Paying attention to performing flexibility and stretching exercises before and after each training unit.
