Abstract

The research indicates the importance of planning the training curricula as it is the basis for setting any current or future policy for any sports institution and at the same time it is the first administrative and technical work that would raise the status of Iraqi sports. Training, not applying an agenda for a clear, transparent and written strategy for administrative training programs, and employees’ participation in training courses far from their field of specialization and not benefiting from them because they do not match the special objectives of each of the departments, and the research community has been identified by the employees of the Department of Regions and Provinces in the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports Their number was (123) employees, distributed among the departments of the department.The theoretical aspect and similar studies were discussed in the second chapter, and the concept of administrative training curricula in the sports field was discussed, its importance, the objectives of administrative training and how it relates to sports work in general, and the extent of its response to administrative training.The research methodology and field procedures have been explained, so that the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit the nature of the study. The sample was chosen in a deliberate way, and the research community was the employees of the Department of Regions and Provinces (123) employees distributed among the departments of the department, and the exploratory experiment was conducted for (10) individuals. )An individual. The results were presented, analyzed and discussed, as the researcher presented the results of determining the derivation of criteria for the training curriculum planning scale, analysis and discussion. Acceptable and average The acceptability of the sample answers for the two scales at the acceptable level with the possibility of developing means of planning training curricula and continuity of continuous updating with modern mechanisms stipulated by institutional quality in the departments of the Ministry in general. As well as relying on identifying training needs before starting any training activity, by making a special questionnaire for this purpose.
