Abstract

The study aimed to prepare light stimuli technology training for badminton juniors, and to identify the effect of these exercises on the time of movement response speed and accuracy of their forward distancing skill, and the experimental approach was adopted by designing the experimental and control groups. On the beginners of Al-Athuri Sports Club with Badminton for the Sports Season (2019) (14) Young men between the ages of (12-14) AD, all of them were deliberately chosen to represent the study sample at a percentage of (100%),And then they were divided into two experimental and control groups for each group (7) youngsters, and the researcher prepared the exercises using daytime ground LEDs (LED) and the control would be for the specific area of the trainer's distance by exchanging lighting for the areas required to move to or directing a dimensional strike to it in the competing stadium according to the lighting Colorimetric so that the targeted improvement of the movement response time coupled with spatial accuracy, whether in the movement of beginners in the playground or to direct the badminton to the competitor's stadium, the exercises included (24) training units at a rate of (3) units per week for a period of (8) weeks, in each unit receives Junior (3) exercises to change the shapes and areas of the areas specified by lighting in part of the main section of the unit, specifically at its beginning, With the method of high-intensity interval training, and after completing the experiment, the researcher verified her results with the system (SPSS) version (V26) to be the extracts and applications in the application of light stimuli technology exercises that help the badminton starters in improving the time of the kinetic response speed and improving the accuracy of their forward distancing skill, and from It is necessary to pay attention to increasing trainers' expertise on how to apply light stimuli technology training and how to invest it in training badminton juniors.
