Abstract

This study dealt with the legal system for the sponsorship contract for talented players by researching the concept of sports sponsorship in both jurisprudence and legislation, and then explaining the characteristics of this contract and the legal nature of it, and in the research the provisions of the sports sponsorship contract were dealt with, by stating the obligations of each On both sides of this contract, the sponsor and the sports sponsor, the obligations of the parties arising from the two parties were defined.
