Abstract


In order to achieve a better performance and prepare the fencing player with what it requires of physical and skill capabilities in addition to the brain capabilities that contribute to defining the goal, the importance of the research came with the integration of motor, skill and functional duty to achieve optimal performance. mental with skill and physical to achieve a better performance, the experimental approach was used in a one-sample design to suit the nature of the study, the sample was intentional with (8) young players with ages between (20-21) years, in the Sabre the researcher concluded that the training program consisted of training units, unit time and period The program contributed to the development of the work of brain waves and to bring about a significant change at the skill level, and the researcher recommends the introduction of other training methods to develop other skills on the sample of fencing and brain waves.
