The use of selection in the physical education lesson and its effect to learn athletics activities for ages (12-13) years

Abstract


The research problem lies in the lack of discovery of athletic talents by means of the physical education lesson for athletics activities. As for the objectives of the research, knowledge of the use of selection in the lesson of physical education and its impact on learning athletics activities for ages (12-13) years for the research sample, and the researcher used the experimental method, the research sample of high school students The Excellence in Education Baghdad Al-Karkh Second for the academic year (2019-2020), and their number reached (52) students, as two divisions were chosen by lottery method to conduct the research, one represents the first experimental group, and the other represents the second experimental group. After their ranking in descending order, the best (12) results were selected from the general total of the students of the first group using the standard grades T, and (12) students were randomly selected from the second group, after which the pre and post tests were conducted for the research sample, and the researcher concluded that the exclusion process in the physical education lesson Selection should be based on scientific foundations, not randomly
