Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify the effect of exercises in developing some functional variables of defense skills in table for the applicants. The researcher used the experimental method, the one-group experimental method, and the research community included the players of the Army Club for the applicants, which numbered (8) players. The field of training physiology and multiplication games about tests and functional variables (test) blood pressure, pulse, and the defensive skills were among the special skills of table, which included defensive skills (the accuracy of passing the front - the front mute of the frontal region), where the researcher prepared a plan for special exercises and it was a period of the method .The training course is (8) weeks, as the program included (16) training units. And the number of training units was two units per week, and post-tests were conducted for the research variables, and to verify the validity of the hypotheses, the researcher used the statistical bag (spss), and from that the researcher concluded the following data: blood and pulse), in the accuracy of passing the frontal cut and mute - the anterior of the frontal region). Where the researcher recommends using this method for the proposed special exercises in developing the variables and the special functional as well as the level of performance of the defensive skills under study for the members of the research sample.
