The organizational culture of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee from the point of view of the members of the administrative bodies in the sports federations

Abstract

The aim of the research is to build a measure of the organizational culture of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee, and to identify the organizational culture of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee from the point of view of members of the administrative bodies in the sports federations. In the (26) Olympic sports federations, with a membership of (210) members, the two researchers selected the research sample from the research community itself, and a number of (26) phrases were formulated, and they were presented to the experts, and two phrases were deleted, after The scientific foundations were applied to make the scale consist of (21) phrases, and then the final scale image was applied to the research sample, and the researchers concluded the Iraqi National Olympic Committee has a good level of organizational culture, and an organizational culture that emphasizes cooperation, teamwork and a sense of participation.
