Abstract


The aim of the research is to identify the level of inspiring leadership of the heads of active sports clubs from the point of view of members of the administrative bodies in Baghdad. The researchers used the descriptive survey method because it was more appropriate to the nature of the problem. The research community reached (404) members, representing (60) clubs, and the researchers adopted the community as a whole at a rate of (100%), as the researchers used the scale-building questionnaire data for the purpose of finding the level of inspiring leadership for club presidents using the statistical bag. The researchers concluded that, through their research, it shows that the presidents of the active sports clubs in Baghdad enjoy a good level of inspiring leadership from the point of view of the members of the administrative bodies. The researcher recommends setting up courses targeting club presidents in making the leader in general and the inspiring leader in particular, and providing opportunities for club presidents to express their opinions and vision in the clubs' development and progress.
