Predictive efficiency of peaceful shooting in basketball in terms of some physical abilities of young players

Abstract

The research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between the skill of peaceful shooting and some of the physical abilities of junior basketball players. Which the researcher sought to urge him to do. Building a predictive model for players' performance of the skill of peaceful shooting by knowing their results estimates in their physical abilities, with an indication of its efficiency. For the purpose of achieving this, the researcher used the descriptive method in my survey style and the correlational relationships on a sample of (40) emerging basketball players in Diyala clubs. Influence of the physical abilities under study in the performance of peaceful shooting in basketball for young players. The model reached by the researcher proved its efficiency, validity and validity. The researcher recommends the following: The need to conduct research and similar studies on a larger number of young basketball players for the purpose of selecting them scientifically and objectively. This model can be generalized and used with similar or corresponding samples of the research group throughout Iraq.
