Abstract

The research included four chapters. The first chapter contained in the introduction to the research and its importance. Knowledge management was dealt with as it is one of the modern concepts in the science of management. It is also one of the most important vital features of the activities that affect the quality and the quality of work. The factors influencing perseverance and successful performance crystallize in the form of ideas and beliefs. The research problem is to identify what is the level of knowledge management of football coaches in Iraq (B) Asian class? The aim of the research is to identify the knowledge management of football coaches in Iraq (B) Asian class, and the researcher built a scale for this purpose. The researcher concluded that football coaches in Iraq class (B) Asian have an average level in knowledge management.
