Training with optical stimuli technology and its effect in improving the performance of some gymnastics devices for men

Abstract


This study aims to prepare a training curriculum with optical stimuli technology for men's gymnastics for men, and to learn about its effect in improving the performance of some of the men's gymnastics skills for men on the shedding of ground movements (the front of the front opening), (standing on the hands and then performing the anterior ancient rolling), and (the wheel Humanity (Karl Whale), and the experimental curriculum was adopted by designing the experimental groups and the control controlled by the tribal and dimension tests on a sample of young players in the sports care center for gymnastics in Baghdad for the sports season (2021-2022), who number (12) A player who was chosen intentionally gathered them in a comprehensive inventory method by (100%) and then divided into two equal number of number, and after determining the measurement tools, this training was tried at a rate of (3) units in the one training week and for a period of (8) consecutive training weeks so that the total of the training units (24 A unit with the adoption of high loads in legalizing its exercises in the way of repetitive training, and after the end of the experiment, the results were addressed with the SPSS system. And (standing on the hands and then performing the anterior anterior rolling), and (the Cartwheel (Karl Whale) among the young players in the sports care center for gymnastics, as it is better to organize the work of these stimuli with the accompanying exercises according to the motor paths of each skill, and it is necessary to pay attention to good Using optical stimuli technology in gymnastics training halls to suit the privacy of young players in the sports care center for gymnastics and their lack of stress in this type of training to avoid mental dispersion.
