An Analytical Study of the Major professional Pressures on Physical Education and Sports Teachers in Algerian schools

Abstract
The current research aims to :
The study aimed to identify the degree of professional pressures on physical education and sports teachers associated with teaching physical education and sports, in order to determine the main professional pressures faced by teachers in the middle school level. The descriptive method was used, with a research sample of 112 teachers selected, focusing on physical education and sports teachers in middle schools in Tiaret, Algeria .As the research community. The research tool used was a professional pressure scale as the primary tool for the study, focusing on three dimensions of the scale: working with students, material resources in the institution, and monthly salary. The scale was distributed in the form of an online questionnaire.
The researchers concluded the following :
The study results indicated that physical education and sports teachers experience a relatively high level of pressure regarding material resources in the institution and monthly salary, while the dimension related to working with students showed a moderate level. This is attributed to overcrowded classes, lack of educational resources, rising prices, and decreased purchasing power.

The study concludes by recommending the necessity of developing preventive and remedial solutions to reduce or alleviate professional pressures.
