Educational attitudes facing physical education teachers in Al -Qadisiyah Governorate, (problems and solutions)

Abstract

           Physical education lesson is one of the pillars of the educational system in achieving the important goals and step from which we reap the educational and social benefits in the scheduled curriculum, and this requires preparing a well -numbers teacher, professionally, educationally and with social and cultural physical specifications in order to contribute to changing and developing students' behavior during physical education lesson and school activities. This study aims to provide some educational informations to the teacher, which will help in taking appropriate decisions during the situations facing during the lesson and sports activities. The researcher assumes that teaching experience and the scientific qualification are essential factors in making the appropriate decision and the research sample included (50) teachers from a group It is made up of (85) teachers in Al -Qadisiyah Governorate who were distributed over different schools, and a special questionnaire has been numbers that include some of the different situations facing teachers during the lesson and sports activities, which include (18 )specific positions with (4 )tests that the teacher takes one of the tests he deems appropriate for (20) years. Through the results of the former form, we have different outputs in the appropriate decision -making process in each situation and according to the experience of each teacher. The researcher concluded this matter, which is that the accumulated experience in teaching has a major and important role in the process Scientific has an important role also with the experience factor in the success of the educational process. Among the goals of sustainable development: is the development and development of teachers ’capabilities in solving problems that face them.
