Abstract

       The development taking place in our modern era has been reflected in all aspects of life, and one of the most important of these joints remains the educational and educational aspect, as the development of any country is measured by this aspect in general and by how this aspect is managed in particular, and the method of teaching and teaching method remains the main concern of all. Those working in this specialty, and we notice the development of these methods as a result of the use of modern educational methods, the use of which has become an essential thing in the educational process to improve the level of learners with the educational situation related to motor skill, and the game of volleyball is considered one of the sports that depends on this science.


        The research aimed to prepare exercises according to the La Ban classification to improve some offensive and defensive skills in the game of volleyball for fifth-grade female students in Al-Mustafa Scientific Preparatory School for Girls.


       These exercises were applied for a period of two months, at the rate of two educational units per week, on the research sample, which was (48) female students for the academic year 2023-2024 AD, who were divided (by lottery method) into two equal groups with a ratio of (24) female students for each group (control and experimental), and some exercises were conducted. Tests related to the research topic, which are related to (serving, receiving the serve, blocking the wall, and defending the court). The results showed significant differences for the exercises prepared according to the La Pane classification (dimensions of movement) in improving the offensive and defensive skills in playing volleyball for female students in the pre-tests. The post-test, as well as the significance of the differences for the exercises prepared by the subject school (its method followed), as well as the significance of the differences between the two groups and in favor of the experimental group in the post-post tests, as the researchers recommend using these exercises to achieve better results in various sports, especially those that depend on a wide range of movement and emphasis. To allocate exercises similar to technique (artistic performance), especially at such age stages.
