Abstract
The problem of research on the importance of studying the reality of creativity in the teaching competencies of male and female physical education teachers became clear as it is considered one of the most important fields of the basics of the educational and pedagogical behavior of the teacher, and because the teaching profession is the basic source that supplies other professions and provides all areas of life with trained and qualified human cadres and in its practice it depends on activity. Mental, physical, psychological and social, as well as the desire, readiness and familiarity with the type of specialized knowledge, The study aimed to- :Building a measure of creativity based on the teaching competencies of male and female physical education teachers.
- Identifying the reality of creativity in the teaching competencies of male and female physical education teachers.
The researchers adopted the descriptive approach using the survey method and case studies (the current situation) to achieve the objectives of their study. The research community also included male and female teachers of public and private schools in the Directorate of Education in Karbala Governorate. After collecting, analyzing and discussing data, the researchers concluded some conclusions, the most important of which are: (Male and female teachers in Karbala Governorate education enjoy a high level of creativity in teaching competencies.) The researchers also concluded several recommendations, the most important of which are:
Benefiting from the results of the current study, especially the measurement tool, in measuring creativity in teaching competencies among male and female physical education teachers
