Abstract
The aim of the research is to prepare tests to develop explosive power and header scoring accuracy based on stability and movement for young football players, build tests to develop header scoring skills through stability and movement, develop special exercises to develop header scoring skills for young players, identify the extent of the impact of exercises and testing methods on developing explosive power and skill. Scoring with the head using stability and movement. The researcher used the experimental method because it suits the nature of the research. As for the research population and sample, the total research population reached (60) players from Baghdad clubs participating in the youth league. As for the research sample, the researcher deliberately chose three clubs, namely (Al-Zawraa, al-Quwa Al-Jawiya Force, and al-shorta).
