The effect of the instructional program for the development of the resistance of the intermediate sports for the youth

Abstract
The searcher aims to: Identifying the effect of the instructional program on the development of the motivation to achieve success for intermediate running players.
The purpose of choosing the research community was to include all the players of the first-class team (youth) for short-distance running activities, as the number of the original research reached (59) players, and the research sample was ten players, who were randomly divided by lottery into the experimental group, numbered (5) players, and controlled . group numbers (5) players that selected randomly through random sampling because the players were first-class players, youth that aged 16-18 years old..
the researchers concluded that:-
- The guidance program has a positive effect on the development of motivation for short and medium running games for youth.
- There are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group that received the guidance program compared to the control group that did not participate in the guidance program.
