Abstract
The importance of this study appears in building a model of causal relationships between some characteristics of players and the speed of complex skill performance among young football players. This model includes a set of variables that can directly or indirectly affect the performance of players, and through the work of the researcher in teaching and training, he noticed that there are differences between players in the speed of skill performance composite between one player and another, and this case drew the attention of the researcher and worked to study it scientifically and accurately by building a model of causal relationships between the speed of skill performance composite We used the descriptive approach on a sample of (150) players from the youth teams and the researcher By identifying the tests and building the model, it was reached to develop a scientific research tool concerned with measuring the speed of the composite skill performance of young football players and recommended the use of the sports model that was reached in making appropriate decisions on the inclusion of players in youth football club teams
