Abstract


The current research aims to identify the level of psychological hardness among Romanian wrestlers for young people ages (19- 17) years, and to identify the test results on the psychological hardness scale, and the researchers assumed the presence of significant differences to test the psychological hardness scale for the members of the research sample. The researchers adopted the descriptive approach for its suitability the nature of the problem. The research community consisted of (205) (wrestlers, from whom the researchers drew randomly) (115) wrestlers to represent the research sample from the Baghdad clubs. The researchers adopted a measure (structure 2014) for psychological hardness and verified its psychometric properties. The researchers used the t-test for one sample to extract the results, and the researchers produced The players enjoyed a medium level of psychological toughness, and low challenge and deliberation among the Roman wrestling players in Baghdad clubs. There is an average level of control, commitment and steadfastness among the Romanian wrestling players in Baghdad clubs. The researchers recommended the need to pay attention to the psychological aspect of the wrestlers, as it is a necessity to raise the level of performance and achieve results. The researchers urged to build psychological measures of psychological toughness and others, especially for the sport of wrestling.
