Abstract

The study aimed to identify which is the most appropriate distributed or intensive method to develop the accuracy of shooting from jumping basketball for young players, and the researcher assumed that he found significant differences in the post-test for the two groups of distributed and intensive research and in favor of the intensive method group, and the researcher used the experimental method by designing the two equivalent groups with my method (distributed). And the sample was tested in a deliberate way, which was represented by (young basketball players for Al-Hayy Sports Club) and the homogeneity of the sample members and the equality of the two groups was ensured, and the pre-test was conducted for the research variables. The sample of the research was the duration of the curriculum (6) weeks and by (3) educational units per week divided into days (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday), then the researcher conducted the post test to find out the rates of development and using appropriate statistical methods, the results were extracted and presented in tables, analyzed and discussed according to the objectives The research and its hypotheses, and through the results, it was concluded that my method (distributed and intensive) has a positive effect in developing the skill of shooting from jumping with basketball among the sample of students. urge.
