Levels of Psychological Differentiation and its Relationship to the Performance of Some Scouting Skills among Advanced Scouts in Middle Schools in Abi Al-Khaseeb Education

Abstract

This research aims to identify the level of psychological differentiation among advanced scouts in middle schools within the educational district of Abu al-Khasib and to attempt to explore the nature of the relationship between this psychological variable and the performance of a set of basic scouting skills. The researcher seeks through this work to highlight the impact of psychological differentiation on the efficiency of field performance, especially in tasks that require high precision and emotional stability, such as using a compass, estimating distances, tying knots, and dealing with maps. This scientific effort comes within the framework of supporting and developing the educational and psychological programs adopted in preparing scouts, by focusing on the psychological factors that affect their performance. As for the results reached by the research, the data showed a statistically significant positive correlation between the level of psychological differentiation and the performance of the scouting skills.
