The Administrative Performance of the Iraqi Football Federation from Clubs Coaches of Iraqi Stars Leagues’ Point of View

Abstract

The importance of the research lies in identifying the administrative performance of football federation through club trainers. The problem lies in weakness in administrative performance of football federation members. The researchers used the descriptive method on (80) coaches and assistant coaches as well as goalkeeper coaches. One of the most important results of the current research is designing a scale for administrative administration of football federation members. The results showed that although the level of administrative performance in Iraqi football federation is good, yet it needs development. The mean of the scale is (79.22) higher than the hypothetical mean 72 with significance level (000) as shown in table (4). There is a weakness in commitment to fixed plans that affect preparations for national and international championships according to scientific references. Finally, the researchers recommended the necessity of taking coaches’ opinions when making future plans of national championships and dates for beginning and ending the football league. Furthermore, the federation should base their selection of coaches on national championship’s results. Finally, members of the federation should stay updated with everything that is new in the world of sport administration that will help them better plan for their administrative work.
