The Effect of Exercises Using the Balance Ball on Developing the Balance and The Accuracy of Air Pistol Shooting for Young Iraqi National Team Players

Abstract
The study aimed to prepare exercises using Balance Ball to develop balance and accuracy of shooting with an air pistol for the Iraqi national junior team players and to identify the amount of differences in the pre- and post-test among the research sample. The researcher chose the research sample that represents the real community represented by the Iraqi national junior team players. The researcher conducted a pre-test for the balance and the air pistol shooting accuracy test on the research sample. She then applied the special exercises according to the established program and re-applied the post-tests under the same conditions. The researcher concluded that there is a significant effect of the special exercises on the level of balance and the level of shooting accuracy with the 10-meter air pistol for junior players.
