Soft Skills and Their Relationship to Administrative Excellence Among Physical Education Teachers in some Secondary Schools in the Center of Erbil Governorate

Abstract

  The aim of the research is to try to identify the soft skills and the administrative excellence of physical education teachers in some secondary schools in the center of Erbil Governorate and to find the relationship between them. The descriptive approach using the survey method and the correlational relationships for its suitability to solve the research problem. The research community consisted of physical education teachers totaling (210 directors distributed to the exploratory sample of (10) and the sample of preparation and application (100) directors for each of them. The researcher used the scientific foundations (honesty and reliability) to prepare the two scales The researcher concluded that physical education teachers enjoy soft skills and administrative distinction, and she recommended working to educate physical education teachers of the importance of soft skills because they work on their administrative excellence.
