Abstract

The aim of the research is to build a measure of transformational leadership for secondary school principals in the directorates of education in Rusafa in Baghdad from the point of view of teachers of physical education and to identify the transformational leadership of secondary school principals in the directorates of education in Rusafa in Baghdad from the point of view of teachers of physical education and to identify the organizational change of teachers of physical education in secondary schools Affiliated to the Rusafa Education Directorates in Baghdad, the researcher used the descriptive method in both the survey and correlational methods due to their suitability to the nature of the problem and the objectives of the research. The researcher identified the research community by the intentional method of physical education teachers in the secondary schools of the Rusafa Education Directorates in Baghdad, represented by (First Rusafa, Second Rusafa, and Third Rusafa) and their number is (1042). The ideal influence, motivation and inspiration, intellectual stimulation, individual considerations, empowerment) The researcher concluded that school principals have the leadership and transformational style, and school principals have the characteristic of influencing physical education teachers. It recommended giving more powers and exercising delegation within the school in order to create an atmosphere of high confidence between the principal and teachers in their abilities
