Abstract


The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of school activities in improving the level of leadership skills of students from the point of view of those in charge of them. The human domain: those in charge of school scouting activities in the directorates of Baghdad Education, while the temporal domain: 6/13/2022-7/9/2022 and the spatial domain: the directorates of sports and scout activity in the Baghdad Education Directorates. (Al-Karkh - Al-Rusafa) The research community reached (644) of (school principals, scout leaders, sports activity and scout supervisors) and for the three directorates (Karkh 1,2,3) as in Table and Figure (1), and the percentage of (50%) has been approved. ) from the total community for research, where they were taken randomly by lottery, as the research sample reached its final form, and the total community was (322) of (school principals, scout leaders, sports and scout activity supervisors). And work to provide all scouting programs necessary for school scouting activities to work on refining students' leadership talents. And the need to involve the largest possible number of students in the practice of school scouting activities. And working to educate parents of students on the need to interact with school scouting activities programs that help their children.
