Abstract

AbstractIn order for the evaluation to be accurate, the researcher found that it is necessary to adopt the test in order to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the trait that he intends to measure, and because most of the tests are applied in cases other than cases of real competition, so the tests must have something that suits the ability to control and direct the accuracy of placing the ball in its place Exactly, therefore, tests of defensive technical skill in volleyball were designed and codified for first-class club players in Diyala Governorate. The research community was divided into an exploratory sample of (15) players, a building sample of (60) players, and a technical sample of (55) players, and the standard scores were extracted on the community The research tests showed (130) players, and the research tests proved their validity in measuring defensive technical skills in volleyball by distributing them moderately on the construction sample and their ability to distinguish between the achievement of high and low level members of the sample in the same test as well as achieving high honesty, stability and objectivity coefficients. The levels varied in three tests.
