Classification of basketball referees according to (officiating performance evaluation, refereeing experience) for the 2021-2022 season

Abstract

In order to achieve the objectives of the research, represented in the classification of international basketball referees and the various officiating scores according to (performance evaluation, arbitration experience) with basketball referees in Iraq for the 2021-2022 sports season, and the researchers had to take a set of measures and measures for the purpose of classifying the referees according to scientific steps Studied for each of the studied variables separately, for this reason the descriptive approach was used in the style of correlational studies and the research sample was determined with the referees of the Iraqi Premier League and other categories of basketball. The research sample included (90) referees representing the majority of referees participating in the activities of the Iraqi Basketball Federation, the statistical bag was used (spss) for processing statistical data after conducting tests (Referees evaluation form, arbitral experience) and extracting the raw results and categorizing them in a special form. The researchers entered all the raw scores in the special field in the classification and classification of the referees into (3) categories representing each category of a group of referees. Kai for Arafat each category and the number of its rulers and to find the differences between the selected varieties and in the light of the results, the following conclusions were reached
