Special exercises that approximate the conditions of the real match and its effect on developing some skills for fourth-grade primary pupils in five-a-side football

Abstract

The research study aims to identify the effect of special exercises prepared by the researcher in order, to develop some skill abilities in the game, of five-a-side football for the, players, of the fourth grade of primary school.The, coach needs to know how to give the intensity of the exercises used in the training unit according to a scientific basis in line with the capabilities of the experimental research sample in order to develop their capabilities in a thoughtful , l and scientific manner. The research sample was divided into two groups, control and experimental, asm each group consisted of (6) players, and accordingly, it was applied The training program was for the experimental group for (9) weeks, and every week, (3) training units, and the total number of training units in the program. The training unit was (27) training units, and, the time of the training unit was (90) minutes, taking into account the appropriate rationing of work and rest time in the total exercises prepared by the researcher inside the training unit.Experimental and control. Then the researcher used the appropriate statistical methods, the researcher reached in order to reach. many conclusions, including that the exercises prepared by the researcher and used on the. experimental research group showed remarkable positive. results in all the skill tests in relation to the tribal and dimensional tests. As for the post-tests, the experimental group was clearly superior to the control group in all tests except for the rolling test. The researcher also recommends the necessity of adopting the exercises prepared by the researcher, and conducting other studies that are similar or related to ,different age groups, and different, activities and games.
