The effect of special strength-endurance exercises on developing step length and frequent Runner achievement 400m for youth

Abstract
The importance of the research is to study the physical capabilities affecting the running 400m, especially the endurance of the force. 400) meters in different races and tracked by many athletes and the feeling of their suffering during the performance by changing the length of the step and its frequency between one stage and another. One of the most important reasons may be the difference in muscular strength as a result of the effort exerted throughout the stages of the race. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the field research procedures by designing the control and experimental groups. On the research sample, which consisted of (12) young runners, the researcher prepared strength-endurance exercises for the experimental group, and the researcher concluded that the use of special strength-endurance exercises has a clear effect in improving the step length and frequency and the completion of running for runners (400) meters for youth.
