Abstract


The study aimed to identify the level of psychological empowerment and its relationship to the achievement goals of teachers and teachers of physical education in schools (intermediate - preparatory - secondary) in the district of Baquba in Diyala governorate, for the period from 21/2/2019 to 23/3/2019, and the researcher approached the approach Descriptive by the method of relational relationships on a sample of physical education teachers and teachers in middle, middle and high schools in the Baqouba district in Diyala Governorate, they were randomly selected (68%) from the parent community. Chair, and after processing the results statistically with the Social Statistical Package (SPSS) Edition (V24), The researcher concluded that physical education teachers and teachers in middle, intermediate and secondary schools need psychological empowerment, and that physical education teachers and teachers in middle, intermediate and secondary schools need to achieve the goals of school achievement, and psychological empowerment is associated with a positive relationship with achieving the goals of school achievement with physical education teachers and schools in schools Middle, intermediate and secondary.
