Main Article Content
Abstract
The importance of the research lies in identifying the effect of visual orientation on the locomotor system (kinesthetic sense), due to its close connection with fixed muscular work, and it also helps us to identify the extent of enhancing perceptual strength for the purpose of modifying weaknesses and developing strengths. This helps us to stand on an important aspect of the psychological strength that supports the efforts of those in the training process in the athlete's access to higher levels.
