Abstract

The research included five chapters, the first section contained the introduction to the research, its importance, problem and goals, where the research objectives were Preparing exercises for the intensive rotational method for special endurance capabilities and Knowing the effect of the method of intensive rotational training on special endurance capabilities (bearing speed and enduring strength). As for the hypotheses, the researcher assumed There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post and post dimension tests and for the experimental and control groups in the special tolerance variables (bearing speed and bearing strength) .As for the third section, it contained the research sample and was one of the (12) volleyball players for Al-Shabab Club. It was divided into two experimental and control groups for the sports season (2019-2020) . As for the research method, it contained a set of intensive exercises commensurate with the ability of the members of the sample, where the number of training units were two training units per week for a period of twelve weeks and after the statistical treatments of the results obtained through the pre and post tests there are significant differences in favor of the experimental group and the researcher concluded that the work method Intensive alternating training had a positive impact in developing special endurance abilities (endurance speed and endurance strength) The researcher recommended the necessity of using the method of intensive rotation and other tests for both sexes among volleyball players
