The role and competence of physical education teachers in the processes of selection and psychological guidance in preparatory schools

Abstract

Teaching in general and teaching physical and sports adoption, especially in Iraq, are among the professions that are therefore of great importance in preparing future generations, which take upon themselves the task of developing and building society and supporting development, which are considered the most important goals of developing countries which they are trying to achieve, whatever they are For teaching to be weak in terms of goals and tasks, the goal of preparing the student scientifically, educationally, ethically, culturally, mathematically and socially will remain the primary goal among those goals.The theoretical background and previous studies are the first starting point for researchers at the beginning of his study, in which researchers collect information and theory, which is therefore related to the subject of the study and helps explain the results obtained, as well as inferring them.In this theoretical background, we dealt with the competence of the teachers of physical education, as well as the selection and psychological guidance process, considering the physical education teacher as one of the basic elements in all educational stages. It is also considered the key to the success of any academic program.
