Abstract
Preparing special exercises to improve the skill of the back flip, followed by turning the back air by joining the feet on the floor movement mat The researcher assumed: - There are statistically significant differences in improving the skill of the back flip, followed by a back flip by joining the feet on the floor movement carpet.- There are statistically significant differences between the pre-test and the post-test and in favor of the post-test. On a sample of players from Al-Tahadi Club / Martyr Mustafa Al-Adhari Hall in Baghdad Governorate / Al-Iskan for the category of young women aged (9-12) years, the research sample consisted of (5) players. . The training curriculum took (5) weeks, with three training units per week, and the researcher conducted the post-test after applying the educational program and with the same procedures that were applied in the tribal tests. The researcher concluded: The exercises for the skill prepared by the researcher had a positive role in improving Back Flip Solo followed by a back flip by joining the feet on the floor movement mat
