Abstract


Physical exercise and its relationship to achieving social harmony among women and men trainees in the gymnasiumsResearch objective:- Knowing his relationship with physical exercise and exercise in achieving social and psychological compatibilityWomen and men trainees in the gyms.As for the imposition of the research, it was:- There are statistically significant differences in relation to physical exercise in exercise in achieving psychosocial compatibility among women and men trainees in sports halls..Therefore, the survey descriptive method was used to suit the research problem. The research sample consisted of women and men trainees in the sports halls in Baghdad, and their total number was (30) trainees (15) female trainees and (15) male trainees.The most important means used in this research is a questionnaire for the psychological and social compatibility scale and the statistical methods.The most important findings of this study are:1- Physical sporting activity has a positive effect on achieving psychological and social compatibility for women and men trainees in the gymnasiums, and in statistical terms.And the researcher recommended some of them1- Creating the appropriate sporting environment in which our youth grow for proper psychological development.2- Educating and guiding youth about the importance of the relationship between sports practices and psychosocial compatibility.3- Emphasizing the importance of physical and athletic activity in the psychological and social compatibility of those who practice it in the gymnasiums
