Abstract

The research included the aspect of developing the effectiveness of 100 m Using auxiliary means For anaerobic exercises The research problem eliminated the lack of use of biochemical tests Which depends on studying changes inside the body from a chemical point of view Which has a clear impact on the level of achievement development The researcher used the experimental method and the sample consisted of 4 runners for the effectiveness of 100m for young women in Baghdad governorate And it began to implement the experimental curriculum for a period of two months at the rate of three training units per week The researcher concluded that anaerobic exercises according to auxiliary methods have an effect on improving achievement.
