Managing change for the managers of the sports and school activity departments From the point of view of the technical supervisors

Abstract


The research problem has represented by abiding to the routine related with the head of sports and school activity departments and stick by some administrative methods that no longer cope up with the scientific progress and sports developments age . The aim of the research depended to prepare a questionnaire to identify the level of change management among the heads of the sports and school activity departments. The scopes of research in the human scope represented by the workers in the sports and school activity department in Baghdad Education Directorates Al-Karkh, Al-Rusafa first, second and third, and the time scope from the period (10/15/2017) to (19 / 4/2018), the spatial scope, sports and school activity departments. As for the research methodology where the descriptive approach is chosen. The research community consists of workers in the Department of Sports and School Activity whose number is (412) because they are primarily concerned with the topic of the research, who are most capable of handling the variables of the study. The conclusion included recommendations. Sports and school activity in accordance with the requirements of the current stage is a basic factor for the success of the department head in his administrative work, besides his success in leading or managing the department, the high level of achievement Secondly, preparing training courses for heads of departments of sports and school activity of the way to manage change, provided that they are managed by specialists in administrative sciences, the aim of which is to qualify them to manage change to develop their readiness for administrative work.
