Abstract

Sports training works to prepare athletes at different stages and levels, physically and skillfully, to reach the highest possible levels, and for the purpose of raising the players to the optimal level, those interested in the field of sports training resorted to using advanced training methods whose purpose is for the players to possess physical, motor and skill capabilities that enable them to perform well and ideally during Training and competition to reach the set goals in proportion to the capabilities and abilities of the players and their ages because they know they achieve positive effects by emphasizing the development of special abilities related to performance, and the most important goals and assumptions were (preparing some exercises (A.B.C) in developing the explosive ability of volleyball players and identifying the effect of exercises (A.B.C) In the development of the explosive ability of volleyball players and the assumptions, there are statistically significant differences between the results of the tribal and remote tests among the sample members.The most important conclusions and recommendations (the exercises used led to the development of the explosive ability of the arm muscles of the members of the research sample and recommendations is the necessity of using (A.B.C) exercises) To develop the explosive ability of the arms and legs n).
