Abstract

Summary of the research : This study dealt with the professional knowledge of the directors of student activities departments from the point of view of workers in Iraqi universities, as professional knowledge refers to the behavior of the individual at work, and the extent of his ability to cooperate with his colleagues to transfer experiences, as well as his ability to add an atmosphere of comfort in the workplace, including his abilities to Providing best practices, and it can be referred to as professional work, no matter how simple. Hence the importance of research, as when science and knowledge are mixed with continuous professional practice, we can say that we are in front of a human element that can work professionally, based on solid foundations, armed with science and knowledge, and this often lacks working leaders. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit the nature of the study, representing the research community working in the student activities departments in Iraqi universities. The community reached (794) workers, and the construction, application, and exploratory experiment sample included (740) workers. Appropriate statistical methods. The results showed the importance of professional knowledge for the directors of student activities departments
