Abstract

That development that is taking place in the world through the scientific revolution in sports science and especially football. The research problem has been identified as the need to use special and modern exercises and in a variety of ways to develop physical abilities. The research aims to prepare exercises according to the intermittent training method to develop the speed of football referees, and to identify the rate of development of the variable researched. The importance of research through the preparation of exercises lies in the development of speed in football referees. The first chapter included research hypotheses There are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-tests in the research variables in the speed of the research sample and in favor of the post-tests among first-class football referees. The fields of research included the human field, the spatial field and the temporal field. The second chapter contained: theoretical and previous studies and axes related to research. The third chapter included: the researcher used the experimental method by designing one group with pre- and post-tests. The fourth chapter included the presentation, analysis and discussion of the results of the research variables. The fifth chapter: In the light of the above results, the researcher concluded that the use of exercises contributed to the development of the studied variables. The researcher recommends the use of exercises used in the research because of their very important impact on the development of speed among first-class football referees.
