Abstract

The process of sports training is a continuous cumulative process that does not stop at a specific limit and is not with one goal or one given, especially in team games with complex and open skills, and accordingly, the main goal of building the exercises proposed in this research as well as designing its tools is to achieve growth And the continuation of the development of the individual level of each player, and thus the general level of the team as a whole, and these goals are achieved progressively according to the number of competitions in which the team participates or according to interim goals set by the coach for the purpose of achieving general progress, And the most important thing that concerns the player and the coach is the ability to make the best use of sports skills first and secondly, the ability to use these skills as a single package to achieve the general goal, and therefore there is a need for predictive digital data describing the skill performance of each player before entering the training program and giving A picture of the post-training curriculum and the effectiveness of the exercises.
