The Reality Of The Scout Activity Management In Iraqi Universities From The Point Of View

Abstract

The administration is one of the important elements of the development process. The scouting activity needs effective management, as no development can be achieved unless this is accompanied by a good administrative work. The goal of research is to identify the reality of the management of scouting activity in Iraqi universities from the point of view of its leaders through two basic axes, the activity plans The scouts and human and material capabilities The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey style to suit the nature of the problem. The research community consisted of (90) leaders and leaders in Iraqi universities, (10) individuals were identified in the exploratory experience, (30) individuals of the building sample and (50) individuals of the application sample. The researcher reached the most important conclusions, including, poor planning for scout activity in light of the available capabilities Likewise, the lack of budget and the requirements for the success of the scout activity and the recommendations of recommendations are the necessity of paying attention to the organizational and administrative aspect of the scout activity, emphasizing the social and family communication of the royalty and evidence, and holding courses in the field of management of scout activities and wooden emblem courses, wearing a large number of leaders to obtain it
