Abstract

The kinetic coordination exercises are among the most important rhythmic exercises with repetitive kinetic rhythm, which reply It aims to develop the foot muscles and the instantaneous force, which is the basis of the rapid motor work in the two legs, and the rubber ropes network is one of the most important tools that increase compatibility, kinetic rhythm, and instantaneous strength. Training need and skill, which is the basis for matching capabilities training. The problem of the research lies in the weakness of the ability to give a larger step length and want it with a kinetic rhythm Steady as long as possible for our young female runner with 100 m. The most important measurements were test about achievement. As well as The foot corrector ran 30 meters of the bird and tested the harmonic ability of the eye and the leg. The researchers concluded a clear development in increasing the average step length as a result of the harmonic action on its trend.The longest possible period and the calculated instantaneous forces, as well as a small increase in the maximum velocity phase.
