Abstract

The research problem crystallized in the study of indicators of perfor-mance efficiency and the change in momentum between the two phases of approaching steps and upgrading and finding the relationship with the kinetic accuracy of the performance output to put objective values more accurate and smooth that the coach and the player can deal with in a simple way and it is more important than the values of the biomechanical variables, and the aim of the research is to identify the relationship Indicator of performance ef-ficiency and change in momentum for the two phases of the approaching steps and improving the motor accuracy of the performance result in the high crushing beating from the center (4). The researchers used the descriptive ap-proach because it is the most suitable program for the nature of the problem. Their number is (5) players only, because the nature of the research depends on the high crushing players from position No. (4), as their percentage reached (41.66%) of the original community, which is (12) players. In light of the results reached, the researchers concluded1. The performance efficiency values affected the results of the motor accura-cy if the relationship between them was not significant due to the weakness of the values of the initial and final momentum of the players in the stages of approaching and ascending steps, and thus a direct effect on the values of the motor accuracy of the high crushing hit.The researchers recommend the following:1. The need to develop indicators of efficiency, performance, and change in momentum for the stage of approaching steps and ascent through developing exercises to develop the explosive strength of the legs and arms that help the body gain movement momentum in both of the above stages, and thus gain horizontal speed that turns into vertical speed in the ascent stage, and thus achieve greater vertical height and accuracy Better movement for crushing hits.
