Abstract


The researcher used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research using a one-group method with a pre- and post-test.The research objectives were:1-Preparing special complex exercises for members of the research sample.2-Identify the effect of special compound exercises in developing agility and compatibility to develop and achieve the effectiveness of the long jump among club jumpers (youth).The researcher assumed: There are statistically significant differences be-tween the pre- and post-tests of the experimental group in the variables of the study.As for the third chapter, it included Research methodology and field proce-dures.The fourth chapter included presenting the results of the pre- and post-tests, after which the researcher discussed the results scientifically in order to ensure the achievement of the research objectives and hypotheses.The fifth chapter includes conclusions and recommendationsAmong the most important conclusions were:1. The special compound exercises used had a major role in abilities, which was reflected in the actual performance of the jump.2. The results showed that there is a positive effect of special compound ex-ercises in developing agility and coordination among long jumpers (youth).The recommendations were:1. It recommends special vehicle exercises because of their clear impact on developing agility, coordination, and achievement for young athletes in the long jump event.2. Coaches’ interest in linking and integrating agility and coordination abili-ties that can be adopted to change the training situation in the long jump.
