Abstract

Handball has developed in recent years through the use of preventive programs that work to reduce sports injuries, especially the lower limb. The research problem came through the researcher's observation of an increase in injuries, especially in the knee joint represented by (the front cruciate ligament). Tribal, dimensional and exploratory experiences. Preventive exercises were applied for a period of (8) weeks, at a rate of (3) training units per week, and the researcher reached the following results that showed the importance of using preventive exercises and because of its clear effect on reducing sports injuries
