Abstract

The research aims to identify some biokinematic variables and the explosive power of the higher and forward jump of the straight crushing skill, and then find the relationship between some of the biokinematic variables with the ex-plosive power variable of the upward jump and pushing the medicine ball. The researchers assumed that there is a relationship between some biokine-matic variables and explosive power. The research was conducted on some volleyball players for the team of the College of Physical Education, Duhok University. The experiment took place in the inner hall of the college, and we used the descriptive approach on a sample of volleyball players who are flu-ent in the crushing movement. And their number is 7 players, and the vertical jump test was used, and using (2) video cameras, with a speed of 240 am / sec, Sony type, and the photo cutting program and the Maxtraq program were used, and the SPSS statisti-cal package was used, and the researchers concluded that there is a significant negative correlation between the explosive force of the vertical jump and the horizontal distance 0.911 And between the explosive power of pushing the medical ball and the horizontal distance of 0.891 positive correlation, and be-tween the explosive power of the long jump and the highest height of (m.s.kg) by 0.776 negative correlation. As for the variables, we obtained only one sig-nificant correlation between the explosive force and the shoulder joint angle of 0.820.
